This will be permitted in the following cases:- * Mutual consent from both parties * Cases where the courts rule that keeping the marriage would be dangerous to any person in the marriage. Examples would include domestic violence and rap but not things like adultery (unless under the mutual consent legislation) These laws will apply to all marriages regardless of whether they are homo- or heteroosexual. |
