MessageMr Speaker,

This proposal is rather ridiculous. Firstly, the Baracuda Party has zero seats in Parliament, thus I would recommend they put this proposal foward AFTER their first election. Secondly, we have no idea where the BP stands on any issues.

I think it be no surprise that we vote against this proposal.

MessageMr Speaker,

This is one of the rare occasions on which both the Old Whig Party and the WPA can agree.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
