MessageThis tax adjustment will do nothing to address the economic situation! With your proposal we will be taxing people making under 7,000 43,356,000,000 compared to our current tax rate of people making under 6500 at 36,660,000,000. This will result in an increase of 6,706,000,000 give or take 1B or so due to the change in tax brackets. All this is is a huge tax raise for the lower class which we really do not need right now. We need to let people keep the money they earn and spend it to improve the economy especially while we are still running a surplus!
I urge everyone to vote no on this issue!! We need to discuss a better way than increasing taxes this much. The republican party votes no to this bill!

MessageIt has been proved over and over again that high taxes do not solve the economic crisises of a nation. What we do not need is for the government to be taxing people making 2,000 ALO 15% in taxes. If there is an economic crisis, then lower the government spending budget and decrease spending in departments. When the people have more money to spend, they are able to buy products, which will allow companies to have more money to grow and to hire more people. Higher taxes and bigger government is not the solution!
