Description[?]:
Some reforms we think will strengthen this empire. A healthy and strong population will be the foot soldiers that we lead in the march to victory for his Excellent Majesty's Empire!!! Part of this Reform Act will begin the process of bring healthcare to all the people of the empire. This process may take decades to implement, and may take increasing of funds to the Ministry of Health. However, if we are to once again make this empire strong, we will require a population that is stronger and more fit than any other nation's population. The great industry and companies that have helped make this empire great, shall continue to have freedom in their business practices. However, we must begin the process of protecting the people and the workers who make the success of these companies and industries, many of which we have profited from, possible. We must begin to protect those who are under our rule, so that they wish to serve us out of love and obligation, rather than just obligation alone. We are nobles of privilege, wealth and power. We are strong, but we are not infinite, and as such we will require the common man to be able to fight beside us in protection of our Emperor's great empire!!! |
