A free and just market means protecting the right of the investers, consumers, and employees. As of now we are weak on the rights of workers, and this bill aims to improve choice and competitveness for all when seeking a job or working in one. |

Old value:: Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike.
Current: Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike.
Proposed: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Secondary strike action.
Old value:: Secondary strike action is illegal. Workers and unions can only go on strike for their own pay and conditions.

Proposed: Any trade union can go on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.
