Description[?]:
A Bill to remove the last subsidisation of government money to activities that should otherwise be self-funding a profitable if the marketplace determines them as such - the arts. ARTICLE 2 NOTES: Miscellaneous provision to allow citizens to buy pharmaceutical drugs in order to effectively treat conditions that may be affecting them. The banning of such treatments (even basic paracetamol) for religious reasons is absurd. The religious with objections will be free not to buy such treatments AND/OR use them. This in turn will improve life expectancy and longevity AND create thousands of jobs within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. ARTICLE 3 NOTES: Private vehicles are no business of the government - neither is the use of tax payers money through tax incentives to encourage 'green' car use and give a tax break to environmentalists at the expense of the hard-working man on the street. |
