NORTH BELUZ REFORMS - REWORKED (Proposals) -General- 1) There is a public heathcare system for each state ( One in Bailon and one in Negunia). Membership is compulsory. 2) There is a labour union in each state. Membership is compulsory for workers in the industry. 3) The Industry is collective ownership of all workers. -Local Government- 1) Local Governments own the Energy Generation systems 2) They are free to decide about Military,Education,Housing,Owning of Cars,Funding (etc.) We hope to support federalism with this. -National Government- 1) Helps the Local Goverments in case of problems. 2) Discuss topics concerning the whole country. 3) Tries to keep the states from beeing too different (in idiological meanings) -> to prevent a civil war etc. |

Message | If this proposals pass, the situation in Bailon will change. After our last reform in Bailon ( http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=367692 ) the industry was owned by the Bailonese government. This will be changed if this bill passes. |
