MessageIf this proposals pass, the situation in Bailon will change.

After our last reform in Bailon ( http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=367692 ) the industry was owned by the Bailonese government. This will be changed if this bill passes.

MessageThere is contradiction, here.
While saying you "hope to support federalism with this" you also want the national government to try to "keep the states from beeing too different."

MessageBy that we mean that the goverment should try to keep the states from beeing too different in their political idiology. It would lead to hate if one would be a socialist state, while the other is a far right state.
