Proposed: Diplomats are exempt from prosecution for criminal acts but not from civil lawsuits, but may still be expelled because of criminal acts.

These articles particularly Arts.2, 4, & 6 would be extremely damaging for the national security of this nation! It seems the Devolutionist Coalition has no regard for the security of our nations on their own soil. |
