| Article I - The head of government of the Dorvish Federation shall be titled as Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation in the native, official language of the nation, which is Dorvish; Article II - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation is nominated either through proposal to the Federal Assembly or through nomination of the President of the Dorvish Federation under the authority of Section VII of Article V of the Constitution of the Dorvish Federation; Article III - In order to be eligible for the office of the Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation one must be a natural born Dorvish citizen, have resided in the country for 12 years as must be 35 years of age on appointment; Article IV - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation shall be elected by a simple yes-no majority of the Federal Assembly; Article V - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation determines the operating priorities of the Government and organizes its work in accordance with the Constitution, federal constitutional laws, federal laws and Presidential decrees; Article VI - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation submits to the President proposals on the structure and functions of the central institutions of the executive branch (e.g. ministries and federal agencies); Article VII - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation nominates the deputy prime ministers, federal ministers and other officers and presents them to the President; Article VIII - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation submits to the President proposals on punishment and rewards of the Government members; Article IX - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation represents the Government as an institution in foreign relations and inside the country; Article X - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation heads the sessions of the Government and its Presidium where he has the decisive vote; Article XI - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation signs the acts of the Government; Article XII - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation distributes duties among members of the Government; Article XIII - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation systematically informs the President about the Government activities; Article XIV - The Minister-President of the Dorvish Federation is an ex officio member of the Federal Committee on Security, the Interstate Council of the Artanian Economic Council and the Council of Heads of Government of the Artanian Union; |
