Article I - This law establishes the grounds for the Federal Assembly of the Dorvish Federation, the national legislature of the Dorvish Federation;

Article II - The Federal Assembly is a bicameral legislature which consists of two chambers. The lower being the Federal Assembly of the Dorvish Federation and the upper being the Federal Council of the Dorvish Federation;

Article III - The Federal Assembly and the Federal Council both have the right of legislative initiative;

Article IV - The Federal Assembly and the Federal Council may only create federal laws which supersede the constituent laws of the Dorvish Federation;

Article V - The Federal Assembly and the Federal Council may make changes to constitutional law by a majority of 2/3 of both houses;
