| Article I - This constitutional act of the Federal Assembly hereby establishes the Federal Council of the Dorvish Federation; Article II - The composition of the Federal Council consists of: - 2 Councilors from the 5 constituent regions of the Dorvish Federation - 1 representative of each elected political party in the Federal Assembly - 100 representatives from the lower house, the Federal Assembly based upon percentage of votes out of 100% of the vote. A political party must pass 5% of total votes in order to have a seat in the Federal Council; Article III - As per the Article III of the federal constitutional law on the Federal Assembly the Federal Council has right of legislative initiative; Article IV - The Federal Council of the Dorvish Federation is comply with all acts of government and it's institutions; |
