| Be it decreed by this Diet, That certain lands and areas of the empire that are deemed to be of great national importance for their beauty, and the continuation of the native environmental ecology be set aside as national parks in which subjects and citizens of the empire shall be allowed to visit. With the passing of this Act, the Imperial government shall establish a Department of Imperial Parks and Forest under the Ministry of Environment and Tourism. So it be done. |
