Earlier yesterday morning, our good and just King, Felix I Vunt, took to his bed with excruciating and relentless heart pain. Court and city physicians were called to the Royal Palace of Telapolis and all came to the same conclusion: that HRM the High King was suffering from an incurable and sudden genetic disease called Vrinar Syndrom. This Syndrom causes this such heart pain and almost certainly results in death. "Our ill-fated monarch passed away yesterday night at 24:32:32 exactly, with is 'window open.'" All of Telamon mourns His Royal Majesty Felix I today and, by order of Her Royal Majesty the High Queen of the Tela, this week is hereby declared a week of mourning. "We have suffered a great loss today, milords. We have lost a monarch who stabilized our government and economy, broke our dependence on foreign naval support, and sparked a many projects he...sadly did not live to see enacted. It is with...strange pride that I do hereby declare His Serene Majesty the King of Sevescia His Royal Majesty Mircea I, High King of the Tela, King of New Majatra, 2nd Duke of Telapolis, High Lord of Telamon and Protector of the Realm, with The Lady Marit Monika as his High-Queen Consort. The articles below are to be enacted immediately, but will officially go into Parliamentary record when this bill is passed." Her Excellency the Lady Malena Ek, MP the Minister of Internal Affairs Article 1: Her Royal Majesty Raluca Mathilda, High Queen of the Tela, Queen of New Majatra, 1st Duchess of Lund, Duchess of Telapolis, Lady of Telamon is hereby declared Her Royal Majesty Raluca, High Queen-Mother and Dowager High Queen of the Tela, 1st Duchess of Lund, Lady of Telamon. The title "High Queen of the Tela" is to never again be granted to a consort of Telamon's sovereign. Article 2: Her Serene Majesty Marit Monika, the Queen of Sevescia, is hereby confirmed as the consort of Mirceea 1st with the title and style: Her Royal Majesty Marit Monika, High Quene of Telamon, Queen of New Majatra, Duchess of Telapolis, Lady of Telamon. Article 3: His Royal Highness Edvard of Sevescia is hereby declared and confirmed as heir to the throne of Telamon with the style and title: His Serene Majesty Crown Prince Edvard Fredrik Hugo of Telamon, King of Sevescia, 2nd Duke of Kirimerdam. He shall assume rule of the kingdom in March of 3423, around the time he turns 18. Article 4: Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal of Sevescia is hereby declared Her Royal and Illustrious Highness Maja Teodora Charlotte, the Princess Royal of Telamon, Princess-Senior of Sevescia, 1st Marchioness of Oxelosund. The Princess Royal will one day assume the role as most socially and charitably active member of the Royal House and will undergoe training when the time is deemed appopriate. |

| Message | My Condolences. While I had only just began to work with him all could see that King Felix was a honorable man and that we all should stride to be as great as him. This bill shall face no opposition from the Kartenhause and I pray for your family during these trying times. With your permission my House would wish to rename the University of Migadon ,of which my uncle is the chairman of the board of, in the late kings honor. The King is Dead! Long Live the King! |

| Message | This is approved and we do greatly appreciate this, but it would be inappropriate unless the university specialize in a field greatly valued by High King Felix. As we do not know much of the university, we do request more information. OOC: Don't start going overboard with the family positions thing. |
