The AIP supports the nations right to use chemical and biological weapons in times of war only if another nation uses it first. Along with these current proposals, the bill also places into law that only the President may approve the use of any chemical or biological weapons if another a nation uses them first, and that the House may over-ride the President with more then 2/3 majority vote. We await to hear any parties concerns of these proposed laws.
