Bill: Technology Reform Act of 3419

Details

Submitted by[?]: Alorian Independent Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3420

Description[?]:

From the office of the Science and Technology Minister:

"The Technology Reform Act of 3419 is the first step in bringing Aloria into the new era of technology and help putting our nation on track to be first in the nation in science and technology. For this to happen we call upon the House of Representatives to pass this bill. The first proposal will to make it where all stem cell research is legal, this is something that can help save life's, and with this allowed the department can start several new projects looking to create new medicines and to cure some of the most horrible diseases we have. We also are calling for the national government to start it's own space center along with the private industry. By working together we can explore space a lot faster and beat other nations to new space discovery. I have been able to save money by cutting department waste and putting the stalled defense projects on the back burner and transferring the funding for those for the space program. Also, I have been able to secure private donations from the private sector for the space program if this bill is passed. We ask for your yes vote, thank you"

MessageI will support this act, but I do hope that there will soon be our own, government sponsored space program, rather than giving a further advantage to other companies outside of Aloria.

MessageWe would like to point out that the government has no contracts with any private companies that are outside of Aloria or operate outside of Aloria. And if this act passes, they still will not. The AIP and the Minister disagree with allowing international companies help run our space program.

Random quote: "Colonialism or imperialism, as the slave system of the West is called, is not something that is just confined to England or France or the United States. The interests in this country are in cahoots with the interests in France and the interests in Britain. It's one huge complex or combine, and it creates what's known not as the American power structure or the French power structure, but an international power structure. This international power structure is used to suppress the masses of dark-skinned people all over the world and exploit them of their natural resources." Malcolm X
