Bill: DNA Act of 3419
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alorian Independent Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 3420
Description[?]:
"This bill will make it where those accused of crimes will have their DNA recorded in police database. Now some may say that is overstepping people's rights however; this bill is doing a much needed thing, helping fight crime. Organized crime groups have always been a problem for Aloria in the past and are very hard to get convictions for and the court system is not always so fast. Those that can get away without being convicted even if they are guilty won't have their DNA recorded in the police database, meaning trying to track them down will become even harder. We believe this needs to be a national law requiring all local governments to enforce it for their police stations." Terry Owens, AIP Chairman |
