MessageMr, Speaker,
... Why don't you just let the bureaucracy run the entire country while you are at it? Localized governments are well known for being easily corrupted, due to the fact that they receive less attention in the national media, and are thus harder to hold accountable. Soon, the individual Providences will be competing with each other to have the lowest standards, until the ground becomes hard and nutrient free, and rain becomes a blessing rather than a given. I ask that the other party's of this grand nation recognizes that this is neither beneficial or right.

MessageWe must deny this bill as it gives too much power to local governments on topics that should generally not be handled by the local governing officials so we reject this bill due to our position on small governments and the fact that these issues should not be left to local governments.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.
