Bill: Forest Management Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Popular Party of Trigunia

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2154

Description[?]:

We want to make this change because in the actual form it is possible that in some regions have only a local government agency without private companies. With this change the free market is assured in all forests, but the state can control the abuses made in forest harvesting, protecting the nature.

Random fact: The default rule is that role-play events can only be done with the consent of all of the players in the nation or nations concerned, and that if one of the players withdraws consent for the role-play, then the role-play becomes void. However, there are procedures available to overcome the risk of a role-play being brought down like this. These procedures cannot compel players to actively participate in a role-play, but they do oblige them not to stand in the way of them and to recognise their legitimacy under the rules.

Random quote: "The spirit of democracy is not a mechanical thing to be adjusted by abolition of forms. It requires change of heart." Mohandas Gandhi
