| In the name of His Most Excellent and Imperial Majesty Gustavus III, by the Grace of God Emperor of Luthori, Mordusia & Alduria, King Yishelem, Defender of the Faith, Protector of the Realm and it's Territories, &ect., I Lord Oswald Bernard Corsway do solumely declare myself the Lord Protector and Regent of Her Majesty Queen Anna Elizabeta Arinidi, von Rothringen-Ludwig, the internationally recognised monarchy of Dolgava. As she herself cannot exerise rule over her subjects for the indefinite future, we in the Royal Luthorian North Sea Privateers Company™ have taken it upon ourselves to uphold her rights in the form of this Imperial Protectorate. Citizens of Dolgava are to be subject to the rule of the Protectorate until a time in the indefinite and likely distant future when order is restored. |
