| By the grace and charity of His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Holy and Royal Highness, Grace, and Lordship, by the Grace of Heaven, Sima Zhi, Holy Emperor of Great Indrala and the Minzhu Dynasty, Heavenly Khagan of Kalistan, Prince of Egelion, Khan of Baltusia, Sovereign of Lodamun, Duke of Dolgaria, Hegemon of Gaduridos, King of Dalibor, Hung King of Kimlien, Father, Lord, Divine King, and Lord of the Land and Life of Hanzen, King of Utembo, and King of Medina, Defender of the Gaduri Gao-Showans, Emperor Above, Son of Heaven, Lord of Ten Thousand Years and of the Present Time, the nation of Dolgava shall be rescued from its desolation and poverty. His Imperial Majesty hereby reclaims the Duchy of Dolgava and shall bring virtuous prosperity to the hurt people of this land.
