Message | "Allowing regions to decide, rather than the state, does not mean that these laws fail, on the contrary, they may even become stricter in some states. For example Krentori which have huge forests that once covered the region, thanks to strict laws which only a few years ago were not harvested. There, in Krentori, there is no need to replant forests, but instead create open spaces. In Kurmal however, where the region of 75% of the mountains and mining areas, it might be better to have as a requirement to plant two trees when you have removed one. And the same with fishing rights. In the northern parts of the sea so the fish thrives excellent, and therefore Ultran wants to determine annual fishing rights so the fish can be utilized in a better way. But in the South Seas, near Krentori, there are hardly any fish left at all, and have not done for hundreds of years because it has been the same fishing laws for all regions. In Krentori they want closure and that all fish caught, shall be returned." Prime Minister Volkhard Flechsig, AFP |
