IC:

Madam Speaker, Dranland needs a nationalised defence industry in order to meet our national defence needs. When it comes to developing weapons and equipment for our army, there is a lot of very confidential information involved - information which is sensitive to our nation security. It would not be appropriate to share this information with private defence companies, and for this reason, we need our own state-run defence industry.

(Minister of Defence)

MessageMadam Speaker, nothing could be more irresponsible than eliminating the regulatory system which keeps Dranland's advertising industry in check. Left unregulated, big business will engage in all manner of deceitful, dangerous and questionable forms of advertising. Madam Speaker, this is free-for-all-casino-capitalism-with-no-morals at its very worst.

Cadfael Maddocks MP
(Prime Minister of Dranland)

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval.
