I put it before the house that a co-alition government is representative, effective, and democratic. All Parties should have the opportunity to engage in the process of government, any the ideas of smaller parties, which may not be incuded by a party with a bloated minority government, are fundemental to the continued funtioning of a truely representative democracy. |
