| We currently have a law in effect that allows us to only use Biological and Chemical weapons in the event it is used against us first. We propose allowing our military to keep an extremly small stock pile incase we need to use them. I must emphase that it will be an extremly small stockpile if this bill is voted in. Right now we have no stockpiles at all to use if we need them for national defense. |
