| While current law obligates Trade Unions and employers to negotiate working hours in this country, it forbids the act of collective bargaining in regards to pay. We see this as an inconsistency and would wish to see this bill passed to give power to employees in those sectors which see excessive exploitation of workers for less than adequate wages and salaries. |
