We believe, while respecting everyone's right to their own faith, that the right to vent one's opinions on any matter of life - including religion - should be provided to each citizen without fear of any legal consequences, regardless of which region one happens to live in. Therefore, we propose that a federal policy of indifference toward blasphemy be put in place. |
