Introduction of a full fledged anti corruption force as an autonomous body at the national level
Introduction of a new department under the internal affairs ministry to coordinate with this new autonomous institution.
Setting up of 10 anti corruption courts at a regional level.
Setting up 1 Apex court dedicated for anti corruption investigations
This new institution shall be named the Anti Corruption Bureau of Investigation
The newly established courts shall be named Anti Corruption board of enquiry
These newly established courts shall not have any jurisdiction over cases involving armed forces.
Any findings against the armed forces will be referred to an Armed Forces Tribunal.
