MessageMr. Speaker, I have one simple question to ask: did 8 million people vote Green in order to bring chemical and biological weapons to Dranland and to damage the international movement toward nuclear disarmament? Did 8 million people vote Green in order to see 54 Green MPs march into the "Aye" lobby with the GNP to support a Bill like this?

MessageMr Speaker, I perceive no "international movement toward nuclear disarmament", I only see a few clueless Dranish socialists proclaiming to unilaterally disarm in a time of crisis and high alert and to present our nation and its people to terrorists and imperialists on a silver plate. Would the Hon. Member mind to reveal a few details about the proponents of this ominous "movement toward nuclear disarmament" or will he rather admit that such a thing only exists in the other-worldly sphere of socialist ideology?

MessageMr. Speaker, I can assure Dolores Abala that we informed the Dranish people about our Fair Fines Act in our manifesto and in our election campaign, and at the last election the DSP received more votes than it is has ever received in its history.

I am disturbed, Mr. Speaker, that the Defence Minister knows nothing about the efforts being made all over Terra, by both activists and governments, to abolish nuclear weapons, reduce nuclear arsenals and restrict the circumstances in which nuclear weapons might legally be used. All over Terra, the people are rising up and saying no to nuclear, biological and chemical weapons, just as they are saying no to landmines. These are the great evils of our age, Mr. Speaker. Shame on the Defence Minister, shame on the GNP and shame on the government for dismissing those of us who are concerned about them!
