OOC: see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1930&start=1150#p52403 Mr. Speaker, I am a democratically elected representative of the Dranish people, and yet you, Mr. Speaker, have announced you will throw me out of this chamber every time I come here to carry out the role I have been elected to perform. You, Mr. Speaker, have become a tyrant, and it is time for you to go! You are too bossy and too authoritarian and too unfair. We need a new Speaker! Gyeong Dong MP (Suspended DSP MP) |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Gyeong Dong is an outspoken man who does not care what others think and does not always express himself appropriately. However, I question whether it is right for the Speaker to permanently exclude a person from Parliament. Reprimanding a member or suspending him for a short period is one thing - but permanent exclusion? This is something Parliament should rarely - if ever - be doing. And if we are ever to permanently exclude a member, should this not be done by a vote of the whole of Parliament rather than just a decision by the Speaker? Message | Mr Speaker I think DSP forgot we named Mr.Dong permanantly but he found a loophole in the system and entered the parliament. He is a menace to parliament Lucas Kyffin MP from Elbian |

Message | Mr Speaker, Unusually, I agree with the DSP about this issue. Permanently excluding an elected member from this parliament should be an extraordinary step, supported by the whole parliament. We feel Speaker Maddocks is abusing his authority and we support the DSP's calls for him to resign. Antonio Rajoy MP Deputy Prime Minister |

Message | Mr Speaker Mr.Dong was named and this procedure prevent him to enter parliament but we will urge to him to revoke this ban but he shouldn't resign Lucas Kyffin MP from Elbian |
Date | 19:56:59, February 11, 2013 CET | From | Democratic Socialist Party | To | Debating the Resolution against Speaker Maddocks |
Message | OOC: Just to be clear, Gyeong Dong (an MP suspended from the DSP) is calling for the Speaker to resign. Antonio Benandez, speaking for the DSP, is opposing the ban on Dong entering Parliament, but has not called for the Speaker to resign. |
Date | 20:23:50, February 11, 2013 CET | From | Grand National Party | To | Debating the Resolution against Speaker Maddocks |
Message | Mr Speaker, as long as Mr Dong is not willing to change his attitude at all and continues to mock the parliamentary code of conduct, we endorse Speaker Maddocks in his efforts to keep him off the floor. This wicked man who has abused the opportunity to speak in these august halls at every time he was granted the right to speak is a disgrace to Parliament and should be treated as a such. If anyone, he has to resign, but certainly not the Speaker. Julia Breckinridge MP Member for Ulbrach GNP Parliamentary Leader |
Date | 20:29:10, February 11, 2013 CET | From | Radical Liberal Party of Dranland | To | Debating the Resolution against Speaker Maddocks |
Message | Speaker Maddocks: I will not resign because i punished a nutjob, why i am punishing him not because of his words, i am sickened from every single day some MPs and even cabinet minister say in private that i have to excuse him or starting to procedures to expel him. |

Date | 23:03:40, February 11, 2013 CET | From | Democratic Socialist Party | To | Debating the Resolution against Speaker Maddocks |
Message | OOC: The DSP is not currently calling fo the Speaker to resign, but it will do if the Speaker persists in unilaterally permanently expelling Dong from Parliament without the express permission of Parliament in a vote. |

Message | Speaker Maddocks: Mr.Dong, Mr.Salazar is not an MP, he is the representitive of a party and his speeches not contain hate, profanity and racism. If he or for that matter anyone conducts behaviours like yours than they are also named and censured. Mr.Dong i should apologize you about excusing you for at least a week. |

Message | From what I can tell, this bill is greatly needed. The Speaker of this House should immediately repel his actions and should not be allowed to ban anyone who is rightfully elected to this chamber. I agree with all parties who agree with this motion. |
