MessageMr Speaker,

I bring this Bill to Parliament, as means to promote discussion on some of the pressing matters in health care in Rutania today. I do not expect this Bill to remain in this form by the time it comes to vote. I hope the ensuing debate will clarify the positions of each of the parties on health care matters, and the Bill can be shaped accordingly.

I look forward to a fruitful debate with other Members.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The Rutanian Liberty Party is totally opposed to all articles of this bill. These articles suppress liberty and freedom to choose for both individuals and local governments. The freedom to choose on these issues is central to the beliefs of the RLP, therefore we will vote no to any form of this bill.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The UPR would be open to Article 1 of this bill, however, everything else is totally unacceptable to us.
