Message | Can you please elaborate on what any of this, public displays of affection, food labels, or education, has in any way to do with "Laissez-Faire" policies?????? |

Message | Less government regulation and involvement in the economy. Public affection is just something I threw in. |

Message | "Less government regulation" is called deevolution or decentralization, not Laissez-Faire, which means the government does less concerning the economy. Still none of these articles have anything to do with the economy, and don't say that subsidizing tuition is an economic reform, because it has to do with the educational system. (subsidizing tuition would have such a small impact on our economy anyway that it barely matters, this is mostly due in part to the fact that our country barely has an education system to begin with, if you havn't noticed. Hardly any citizens have completed primary school and most citizens are illiterate. I highly doubt anyone except the upper class goes on to anything higher than primary schools.) |

Message | Decentralization doesn't mean less government, it just means that duties are delegated to local governments or Soviets. Laissez-faire means that the government has less involvement in the economy, which includes investment and regulations. With article one on food labelling, the less government regulation creates a freer market. Considering education is all private, education is a LARGE part of the Quanzari Republic. I believe you're wrong about the education statistic, education has to occur and at school until 18. The government subsidies education for those on low incomes and Quanzari citizens have some of the highest literacy rates in the world. |

Message | Here, I'll tell you what. I can prove that education is terrible in this country. Read my directions so you can see for yourself. (I recommend that any other party interested should also check it out) Go to our country's home page Scroll down until you reach the links to our five regions/provinces Click on any one of them, cause they all have basically the same education status Next scroll down until you see the "Infrustructre" grouping Then find education, and hold your mouse over, or click on the "i" in the bubble to the far left of the education bar If you followed these simple steps correctly, you will see that our education system is in dire need of some improvment. If I remember correctly, the first line describing our education system, goes somthing like this... "Only an elite minority have the basic grasp of literacy, very few have even finished primary school." Somthing close to that. I am also sure I recall the word "brain drain" present in that paragraph as well. Now, please try to tell me there is somthing good about our education system. |

Message | Well to be honest, we pretend the status of the country's standards of living, infrastructure etc. mainly because its statistics are generated completely randomly. You could Socialise this country and it wouldn't change anything. "Tell them that me, a moderator, and wouter the game admin, say it is random, as it is, those things are not fully implemented, are not affected by proposals or anything, the economy is not running yet and has not been introduced." - Wegason |
