| Remember that the High Count is a figurehead to represent the collective members of the federal council, therefore his signature and actions as "High Count" are whatever the other 99 members of federal council collectively dictate. Maddog was recently granted recognition as the 6th member of the Beluz Union. We would like His Excellency, High Count Petro I, to pay the county a visit. |
