| Leaving this issue up to local governments creates a 'postcode lottery'. We need consistency in legislation. For example, say a man living in Kurmal has chronic MS and would like to ease his pain using medicinal cannabis, however his local government have banned it's use. Say that Ultran is the only region where it is legal in this example. This would mean our poor chap, and thousands of others like him will have to make expensive, time consuming jjourneys across the country in their unwell state. Let's be fair. Let's be consistant. |
