Proposed: Criminals released from jail are allowed to vote after a certain period of time.

Old value:: No titles of nobility are granted or recognised, their use is forbidden.
Current: Titles of nobility may be granted only by the Head of State.
Proposed: Titles of nobility may be granted only by the nation's religious leaders.
