| 3- Economic Development 3.1- The Government confiscates all the properties and items belonging to Leftists, Socialists and members of Noveau Parti Libéral and LABR Party. The properties and itens will be sold for Rightists, Catholics, Aristocratics, Soldiers or Strangers and can be utilized for agriculture, livestock, industry, mining or buildings. 3.2- The enemies captured can be used for slaves or sold for other countries. 4- Constitutionality 4.1- The Government can ignore the constitution and enforce all those articles. |
