| To rename the Staat of "Mothar" to "Autonomische Staat Mothar". When passed the Dorvische Föderation accepts the special status of Mothar within the Federation: 1. Mothar will stay part of the Federation; 2. Foreign- and Defence policies will always to be dealt with by the Federal Government 3. Mothar has its own Government with a Kanzler as HOG 4. The Government will be controlled by the elected regional Staatsparliament 5. Mothar will publish its local policies when allowed by Federal law and constitution Friedrich Drasler Fraktionsvositzender der MAB This resolution needs a 2/3 majority to pass |

| Message | The Motharische Autonomie Bewegung is a dire representation of the people of Mothar. They don't even represent their people's language, Mothin, and instead favour Dorvish. That shows how committed to Mothar they are. We oppose this. No individual Staat should have a special status, we're a federation of equals. We are committed to localism, but this proposal is a joke and will not actually hand any power back to any of the regions. |

| Message | OOC: Indeed, it is quite likely that before we know it he will deactivate in Dorvik and return to Dundorf. From what I gather, Dorvik is a centralised federation of member-states that are considered equals. If Mothar gains a special autonomous status this would ruin the system. |
