Bill: Alchohol Regulation
Details
Submitted by[?]: Kanjoran Socialist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2157
Description[?]:
While I do agree with people drinking alchohol, there should be a limit to who can do so. While adults should be able to drink Alchohol, we need to help keep it out of the hands of children. We know that this is impossible to enforce as some parents let their kids drink. However, this is a good step to make sure kids can't buy booze at the local supermarket. Since the adult age is 16 here anyways, it's not like you have to be an insanely high age before you can legally drink. |

Message | We shall oppose this bill. We have made the argument several times that banning the young from something only leads to them being more enticed to experience its illicit pleasures. In addition we feel that allowing young people to drink will foster good drinking habits. |
