Description[?]:
That the government of Beluzia recognises the following: Article 1: That athiesm is the: a) disbelief in or denial of the existence of God or gods. b) The doctrine that there is no God or gods. In light of this, the government of Beluzia also recognises atheism as a 'belief' or 'faith' in the existance of "NoGod" be treated with the same respect and fairness as other 'beliefs' or 'faiths' Article 2: Athiesm be legally treated like any other religion in its practice, representation and legality. It therefore falls under the same receives equal protection and is expected to align itself with the law of Beluzia - as long as the law shall remain. This bill requires a 2/3 majority to pass. If this bill becomes national law it will require a 2/3 majority to be overturned. Any bill trying to overturn this law that do not pass with a 2/3 majority can be IGNORED and have no standing in Beluzian national law. |

Message | Yes but without them, the game can lack character. I think having a policy like that greatly restricts the possibilities of the game. For example, you could have a bill that makes a momentous foreign policy desicion that technically doesn't do anything but has huge effects on the forum or World News. This game should not be limited to the confines of this tiny country - we should be involved in the other parts of the game. MSP and TSP: I think it would be better for this to have a 2/3rds majority because it would show that this is what the country truely believes instead of just passing with a tiny majority. It provides stability to national law - something that, because of the diverse interests of the parties, has been severely lacking. |
