Since our party is both the largest party and holds the office of the Leading Minister, we no longer need to keep the ability to propose cabinets to the largest parties. Give the Head of State some power. |

Message | No. I think the preamble gives this away; this is being done because of the current situation, and the current office holder's desire to consolidate their power. If anything, it should be loosened - if another party can form a coalition, they should be allowed to. |
