| This bill is proposed to establish Gaduridos Federal Bank as the central bank of the State of Gaduridos. The Gaduridos Federal Bank will be given the following functions: Issue paper notes to be used in the State Determine the appropriate financial policy of the State (i.e. circulation of money) Secure the Gold Reserves of the State Lend private banks ,in the State, financial assistance at a low interest in a case to case basis Ownership 2/5 of the control of the Federal Reserve will go to the State of Gaduridos, |
