Section 1: The head of state of the Dorvish Kingdom shall be titled the King of Dorvik in the native, official language of the nation, which is Dorvish.
Subsection A) The full title of the King in formal circumstances will also include any other noble or honorific titles that the King holds.

Section 2: The King of the Dorvish Kingdom shall guarantee the independence and sovereignty of the nation as well as represent the nation to foreign governments and organizations. The King of the Dorvish Kingdom is responsible for the upholding of the Constitution of the Dorvish Kingdom.

Section 3: The King shall be a hereditary monarch and shall serve from the death of their predecessor until either their death or resignation.
Subsection A) The King must be a direct, natural, and legitimate male descendant of the House of Vinisk by order of primogeniture.
Subsection B) The Royal Household shall make public an official line of succession that will be updated regularly so as to provide documentation of the succession of the throne of Dorvik.

Section 4: The King of the Dorvish Kingdom shall have Royal Prerogative over the appointment of the Federal Chancellor, the Cabinet of the Dorvish Kingdom, and all other government officials; over the legal status of Acts of the Diet; and over all other legal matters of state.
Subsection A) The King may delegate these powers to other bodies and government officials as they see fit, but the powers will always be officially the powers of the King.

Section 5: Royal assent shall be required for any law made by the Diet of the Dorvish Kingdom to become law.
Subsection A) Royal assent will be assumed unless the King overtly declares that their assent will not be granted.

Section 6: The King of the Dorvish Kingdom shall refrain from making political statements in public. The King must always strive to be a symbol of unity and confidence in the Dorvish Kingdom.

Section 7: The King of the Dorvish Kingdom shall be the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Dorvish Kingdom.
Subsection A) The power to declare war will be held with the King. A declaration of war will also require a 2/3 majority of the Diet of the Dorvish Kingdom.

Section 8: The King of the Dorvish Kingdom has the right to suspend laws and regulations of Dorvik's constituent territories if they contravene the Constitution, federal or international obligations of the Dorvish Kingdom, or they violate and disrupt the rights or human rights of the citizens pending approval of appropriate courts.

Section 9: The King of the Dorvish Kingdom may under extraordinary circumstances convene and adjourn the the Diet of the Dorvish Kingdom.
Subsection A) In order to adjourn the Diet the King must obtain the consent of the Federal Chancellor and all members of the Cabinet.

Section 10: The King may issue pardons and reprieves.

Section 11: The King shall give at least one annual address to the nation and as many additional addresses as are deemed necessary.

Section 12: The King shall be responsible for representing the nation in foreign affairs. The King is responsible for the appointment and recalling of diplomatic representatives to other nations and international organizations. The King shall have the power to negotiate international treaties. Treaties must be approved by a 2/3 majority of the Diet.
Subsection A) The King may delegate these responsibilities to other government officials.

Section 13: The King of the Dorvish Kingdom is entitled to grant national awards, titles of nobility, and other honorific titles and awards.

Section 14: The Diet, with the expressed consent of the King, may make Laws of Royal Delegation. Laws of Royal Delegation will outline those powers of the monarch that have been delegated to other government bodies or officials. Such laws will require a 2/3 majority of the Diet.
