| Article 1: The head of government of the Dorvish Kingdom shall be titled as the Federal Chancellor of the Dorvish Kingdom in the native, official language of the nation, which is Dorvish. Article 2: The Federal Chancellor is nominated through a proposal to the Diet of the Dorvish Kingdom, by the King in accordance with Article V Section 4 of the Constitution of the Dorvish Kingdom, or thorough a process defined in a Law of Royal Delegation. Article 3: The Federal Chancellor shall be confirmed by a simple majority of the Diet. Article 4: The Federal Chancellor of the Dorvish Kingdom determines the operating priorities of the Government and organizes its work in accordance with the Constitution, federal constitutional laws, and Acts of the Diet. Article 5: The Federal Chancellor submits to the King proposals on the structure and functions of the central institutions of the executive branch (e.g. ministries and federal agencies). Article 6: The Federal Chancellor of the Dorvish Kingdom nominates the Vice-Chancellor, federal ministers and other officers and presents them to the King. Article 7: The Federal Chancellor of the Dorvish Kingdom represents the Government as an institution both abroad and domestically. Article 8: The Federal Chancellor of the Dorvish Kingdom distributed duties among members of the Government. Article 9: The Federal Chancellor of the Dorvish Kingdom shall inform the King about the Government's activities. Article 10: The Federal Chancellor of the Dorvish Kingdom is an ex officio member of the Federal Committee on Security, the Interstate Council of the Artanian Economic Council and the Council of Heads of Government of the Artanian Union |
