Description[?]:

Be it resolved by the Diet of the Dorvish Kingdom that the following scheme shall be used in regards to regnal numbers.

Article 1: Regnal numbers to be used by the current and future Kings of Dorvik will take into consideration all coronated monarchs beginning with Ricimer I, the first true King of Dorvik.

Article 2: Regnal numbers will be used to distinguish between Kings with the same name. Upon coronation the King will pick his regnal name. After picking his regnal name, the Exarch of the Reformed Hosian Church of Dorvik will, during the coronation, declare the King "His Majestic Highness (regnal name) the X, King of Dorvik" where "X" is the regnal number equal to the total number of past Kings with the chosen regnal name plus one.

Article 3: Non-coronated pretenders shall not be counted when considering regnal numbers.
Section A) All Vinisk family pretenders after the 2000 Revolution and before the coronation of Wilhelm XI shall be excluded from regnal number consideration.
Section B) Any individual who ruled Dorvik as a hereditary ruler but was not a member of either the House of Dargun-Kordaw or the House of Vinisk shall not be included in the considerations for regnal numbers.
