MessageMr. Chairman, if a criminal so blatantly violates the laws of others, perhaps his voting rights, which would have an effect on the society that the criminal tried to harm, are no so important after all.

MessageMr Chairman,

Us politicians give decisions that will effect lifes of public especially who are dependent on us or held captive by us,so they have a right to say what will happen to them. This eesential to democracy.Tehy even constitute a significant population thanks to your policies,so their vote wouldn't effect much and this will be a part of rehabilitation of them to society.

Leader of DNV

MessageMr. Chairman, I believe that criminals ought to participate in society after they have been rehabilitated and any threat they pose to society is gone, not before. Furthermore, I don't see how it's essential to democracy that a person who has so recently stabbed society in the back by flouting its expectations in such a spectacularly reproachable way - in the end, we don't put people in prison for spitting on the pavement - is allowed, even while undergoing punishment, to 'help' determine the future direction of the country, any more than I believe that it's essential to property rights, for example, for fines to be illegal.

I'm also concerned about DNV's statement about our policies creating a significant prison population. We support community-based justice, where criminals will be allowed to give back to the community which they have violated. Prison ought to be only for those who commit really serious crimes. I don't see how those policies could fill a prison, and I'm disappointed that certain political groups have taken to deliberately misrepresenting our policies.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.

Random quote: "Any law which violates the inalienable rights of man is essentially unjust and tyrannical; it is not a law at all." - Maximilien Robespierre
