Message | The Cabinet Office only employs a handful of civil servants to ensure the Lord Chancellor's policies are delivered by the other depts. Similarly the Foreign Office doesn't have to pay for much other than a few diplomats and cvil servants, likewise with the Treasury. Since we're not subsidising farmers I've cut the MAFF's budget and reallocated most of the spending to the Home Office (Police and Prisons), Defence (Internal Security, supporting the Police) and Justice (Courts, Probation). Since we've reintroduced public services alongside the private sector in other areas I've left them alone. If anyone can identify any further savings I'm open to suggestions. |
