| However once certain drugs like "bathe salts" come into play, they usually go out and harm other people. This means the law does not conform well with the standards presently set. As such dangerous drugs like "Bathe salts" or "Crocodile" that either fully harm the user or make them harmful to others even under supervised conditions means these unnatural substitutes are illegal and the law on Recreational drugs needs to reflect other laws. |

However, we will not support it, as our social libertarian policy in regards to government legislation is clear, we firmly believe that the government mandates no restrictions on what people put in their bodies. We will however support a massive public campaign if the Health Secretary propose one. |

| Message | Then sadly even under such circumstances the law clearly poses a threat to "other" civilians. The laws clearly show that everything if fine if it affects one's "Self". Therefore once another party is brought into these, this law is conflicting with other laws, regardless of the fact your trying to educate them. The PDP do feel that people should have a choice, but certain drugs are not safe for the well being of "Others" affected by the one who is using. I cannot support hypocrisy and as such will protest this and hope my voice will be heard. Realize that by letting it stand, you give permission to use drugs that can intentionally and unintentionally make someone a threat to the safety of others, as well as disrupt the peace of anyone else. |

Continue this method with more dangerous drugs like "Bath salts" and tell me, is it fair for one person to take a drug for "recreation" and thus go out and harm others (permanently in many cases) trying to go through the day? |

| Message | And if such drugs cause them to go out and do the said before. Then the laws need to reflect it. One using "Bathe salt" for recreational purposes, goes out and mauls someone. The person mauled didn't consent, they didn't take any drugs. They were brutally disfigured. Then what do you do? Is this drug still ok? Especially when it has multiple cases of the same thing? |

However, we do know the difference between making something legal and endorsing it. | Message | However you can in good conscience allow them to go and take bath salts, and believe they will be responsible after it clearly destroys any form of thought that could prove otherwise. The statement doesn't match. Nor does the law in place. We understand you do not endorse the drug, but in part you are supporting it's harm indirectly. |
