The August Parliament of the Cedar Tree had study and debate those names underlined so as to determine their eligibility to hold the following ranks ordained by the passing of many centuries. By the Grace of God, Her Imperial Majesty Alexandra I has assented that the following do provide suitable reasons for promotion to the Empire's most great and grand honours list.

With the assent of our most Royal Sovereign, the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne do hereby honour Barnes Fotheringhay and elevate him to a Lord Guardian of the Cedar Throne. The Parliament does recognise the efforts of Barnes Fotheringhay as leader of the IETC in Egalion and are thankful for his great contributions to the Empire.
