Message | OOC: Technically speaking Sekouo is more or less a giant city, our RP history is such that half the Metropole (that is the portion that's part of the game mechanics) is essentially a giant Megacity and the other half is a mixture of medium and large cities with non-Urban areas comprising only about 20% of the overall territory. |

Message | Thank you for that fact. I guess that means that I'm empowering twenty percent of the country then, eh? The Dixiecrats, IC-ly, are a poor conservative man's movement from the minority religious movement. They call themselves "Dixie", which, as the Moderators asked for me to do, has no resemblance to RL Dixie. They made it up. |

Message | OOC: NP, also, in case you had'nt realized, the Metropole itself is actually supposed to be a single state (as in States of the Federation), the others are our RP Territories in the rest of the continent that we colonized a millenia ago (and which for some time were conquered by others) which are'nt shown on the game map or have any gam mechanic existence. |

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval. |
