MessageAdditionally, we will also channel funds towards the development of chemical and biological agent countermeasures, to ensure that we are not caught off guard and are as best prepared as we can be to protect our legions, as well as our people, in the event that such weapons are used against us.

As you can imagine, if a biological agent were to be released into our populace, it could have disastrous effects and result in thousands, perhaps even millions, of deaths.

We MUST be prepared.

MessageScience and Tech is not responsible for Project Gods Hand. That is clearly under the purview of Defence. And the Defence department has, as stated in the Military Restructuring Act, devoted a great deal of funds to biological and chemical weapons research. We feel this is not within the purview of Science and Technology, as this research is of a DIRECTLY military application, and the results can be kept more secure by the ministry of defence.

Daniel Edward Cashion III,
Defence Minister.
