| SEEING as Zardugal conducted many illegal actions by violated various international laws, BELIEVING Zardugal desires power, wealth, and glory through imperialism, FURTHER SEEING that Deltaria has only respected the sovereignty and internal affairs of Zardugal, HEREBY establishes a state of war between Zardugal and Indrala, as well as an embargo upon all Zardugalian goods entering Indrala and an impending blockade of all Zardugal. Troops shall be mobilized from our military base in Jakania. The Imperial Armed Forces shall be led by the Grand Commandant himself and shall mobilize from Northern Vascania (Northern Namviet) to directly engage Zardugal from the West, while other forces shall mobilize from Indrala and the Colonies to directly defend Deltaria and its allies in Majatra from Zardugal and counterattack with a joint-Majatran force. |
